Property Rules
- Check-in time: 15:00
- Check-out time: 11:00
- Taxes and additional fees will be applied as per local regulations.
- Guests must adhere to hotel rules, including noise restrictions and non-smoking policies.
- Quiet hours 23:00 – 08:00
- Unregistered visitors are not allowed in the property.
- Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest.
- Pets are not allowed.
Deposit rules
- A deposit of 30% of the total price is required at the time of booking.
- Guests may cancel reservations free of charge up to 21 days before check-in.
- After 21 days, the booking amount becomes non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the deposit.
- A deposit of 30% of the total price is required at the time of booking.
- In case of early departure, guests will be charged 50% of the cost of the remaining stay.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.
