The building comprices two floors.
Seven (7) of the twelve (12) appartments are in the First Floor
All of them are similar and they have area 32-34 m2
Each appartment has veranda with view at the park.

All of them have 3 levels:

• Level A :
  Its the kichen area which consists the dining table spacious for four persons, plus the elektric cooker with refrigerator which complete a fully equipped kitchen area (dishes, saucepans, etc.)

aside is the bathroom which consists toilet,  shower-cabin, and hair-dryer.

• Level B :
  This level consists the livingroom with one double bed and one single bed, a 32” Flat T.V., and direct access to a veranda with view at the park.

• Level C :
  Finally this level features the master bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. This level owns large closets for clothing storage purposes and * A/C
